  • Architect(s) - for site master planning and design of initial phase buildings
  • Landscape Architect/ Urban Planner - for site master planning and site design
  • Surveyor - for topographical site survey
  • Civil Engineer - for water/waste water and grading design
  • Structural Engineer - for structural design of buildings
  • Electrical Engineer - for power investigation, site distribution and electrical layout for proposed buildings
  • Drafter - to document preliminary design and produce construction documents
  • Financial Sponsors - to underwrite a portion of the project costs

    Project Scope:
    Austin Omobhude grew up in Nigeria, and when he became he became a successful businessman in Canada, he wanted to give back to his home country and home village. He has a vision is for a children's home where abandoned babies can grow up in a loving family environment.

    Mary’s Home for children will house 50 orphans and other vulnerable children in family-style cottages with house-parents to provide them with a family upbringing. Through partnership with local churches, this ministry envisions a primary and post-primary school on a portion of the property. The land has been secured with a perimeter wall and is ready for master planning as well as building and infrastructure design.
