Original Project Scope
On the eastern-most point of the Americas is a little known city called
Joao Pessoa. There, Isaac and Betania Saboia have dedicated themselves
to the development of a YWAM base whose primary outreach work has been
rescuing boys of the streets.
eMi first sent a team to serve this amazing ministry in the Fall of 2000. Since then, development has proceeded steadily with the construction of the first boys’ home and the kitchen and dining hall.
Today, they are in need of a new type of home for younger boys with a family home atmosphere. Also, the site’s utility infrastructures of water, power, and wastewater need to be studied and new long-range plans developed for improvements and expansion. We’ll need a full architectural and engineering team to address all these issues. |
